October 3rd - 8th is Teller Appreciation Week, and in celebration, we want to thank all our tellers for their hard work they do each day for FNB Community Bank and our customers.

We could not do what we do without our front-line team. Because FNB desires to champion exemplary employees who serve our customers well, we would like to recognize all of our tellers' efforts. We strive to provide a work environment that is respectful and equitable; where individual differences, backgrounds, and experiences are valued and appreciated.

We pay 85% of eligible employees' and their families medical coverage premiums. Dental and vision coverage is also available.
