Carolyn's Corn Dip
Ingredients
- 4 cans white shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 jar of jalepenos, chopped and drained
- 1/2 cup mayo
- Corn or tortilla chips
Instructions
- Mix mayo and sour cream in bowl
- Add corn, cheese, and jalepenos
- Top with more cheese
- Cover with plastic wrap or lid and chill for at least an hour
- Serve with corn or tortilla chips for scooping
